My mum made some absolutely amazing chocolate peanut butter cookies today. It was a variation of a recipe from the America's Test Kitchen Family Cookbook using this peanut butter. Seriously some of the best cookies I've ever eaten. If anyone's interested in the recipe, I'm sure I could manage to get it tomorrow.
