I was watching Iron Chef America earlier, but I missed the first few minutes. The chefs had pots full of milk and cream and they were making ice cream, etc. Anyway, I was sitting there thinking, 'Wow, they don't usually use that much milk.' Not once did it occur to me that milk was the secret ingredient. Yeah, I should probably be asleep.
