A few weeks ago, I was helping my mum redo my youngest brother's room. A complete revamp, rearranging the furniture, putting together a couple bookcases, hanging shelves, etc. Anyway, I put a few pieces of metal picture-hanging hardware in the pocket of my hoodie, along with a whole bunch of other spare bits of stuff. When I got ready for bed that night and emptied my pocket, the hardware was nowhere to be found. I thought maybe it fell out, so I searched high and low for it, but it seemed to disappear into thin air. Until today. Apparently, I also had a freaking magnet in my pocket and I managed to put it somewhere without noticing the five or six nails and hooks attached to the bloody (not literally, thankfully) thing. I'm usually more observant than that. Weeeeiird.
